With Сitrix USB redirect software, you can easily forward any local USB peripheral to a virtual environment. The shared device will appear in a virtual operating system as though it were physically connected to the virtual machine.
If you connect to your Hyper-V VM over Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and want to enable Hyper-V USB support, USB Network Gate is just what you need. This dedicated software will help you virtualize your local resources and make them accessible to the guest OS.
USB Network Gate is compatible with multiple operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Mac. The program allows establishing a secure communication channel between different platforms and works as a wireless connector between your Hyper-V guest OS and a USB device attached to your host PC.
