Dark Mode for the Web Portal
The HelpWire Web Portal now supports a dark theme, offering users a more comfortable visual experience. The new theme can be toggled on in the user’s account settings.

Company Ownership Transfer
To better support organizational transitions, HelpWire is adding the ability to transfer company ownership within the Web Portal. This will allow existing admins to assign ownership to another user, improving account management flexibility for larger teams and evolving businesses.
