Requirements:

Expertise in building cross-browser-compatible HTML web-pages using modern techniques and technologies;
CSS, LESS, SCSS;
Experience with graphics packages such as Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe FireWorks, etc.
Experience with Block Layout using CSS sprites;
Proficiency with libraries such as Bootstrap, Material Design;
Understanding of W3C standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to write a clean code (formatting, comments, standards);

Ability to work with already-existing codes;
Knowledge of web application optimization techniques.
