HelpWire Moves Beyond Early Access After Nearly Three Years

After nearly three years of testing and real-world use, HelpWire has officially moved out of Early Access, and paid subscriptions are now available. The journey began on October 19, 2023, and much has changed since then, thanks to thousands of real support sessions, bug reports, feature requests, and conversations with users.

The HelpWire team is grateful to everyone who helped shape the product throughout Early Access. Whether you reported a bug, suggested an improvement, or used HelpWire in your daily support work, your feedback helped us refine existing features, resolve issues, and make the software more reliable.

Paid plans will help us maintain the infrastructure, strengthen security, and continue developing HelpWire without compromising the reliability users depend on.

What Does This Mean for Existing Users?

  • Your account data is safe. The transition hasn’t affected existing session history, operators, clients, or devices. Everything remains in place. If the account exceeds the new plan limits, additional operators, clients, devices, or other items are preserved in read-only mode until the plan is upgraded or the extra items are removed.
  • Founders’ Free for early supporters. Eligible accounts have already been switched to Founders’ Free, which includes 2 operators, 20 unattended devices, and multiple simultaneous remote sessions. Users should have received an email confirming the change. If you believe you qualify but still see the regular Free plan, contact the support team to have your account reviewed.
  • Free access is here to stay. HelpWire remains free for personal and commercial use, without annoying pop-ups or forced session timeouts. However, the Free plan now comes with revised limits: 1 operator, 5 unattended devices, and 1 active remote session at a time.
  • 30% off for founders. Founders’ Free users can use their Founders’ Discount within 6 months to upgrade to Solo, Team, or Business and get 30% off while the subscription remains active. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Although Early Access has ended, work on HelpWire continues. Our priorities remain rooted in everyday remote support needs: quicker connections, dependable remote control, and fewer disruptions when helping someone solve a problem.
