As long as the Licensee complies with the terms of this Agreement, the Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive right to Use the Software for the purposes described in the Documentation under the following conditions:
1. The Licensee may install and Use the Software server-side on one (1) single System only. The Software server-side under this License may not be installed on multiple Systems. When multiple copies are necessary, each System must have a separate Single License installed or otherwise receive an applicable license from Licensor.
2. Users may install and use, for free, any/unlimited number of the Software client-side;
3. This License allows the Licensee to share up to unlimited USB devices per System upon which the Software server-side is installed. Any number of Users may connect to any such USB device remotely. Only one User may connect to a shared remote USB device at any one time.
