As long as the Licensee complies with the terms of this Agreement, the Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive right to Use the Software for the purposes described in the Documentation under the following conditions:
- The Licensee may install and Use the Software on an unlimited number of Systems, independent of the geographical location of the Licensee’s offices.
- The Software may be installed and Used by an unlimited number of Users.
- This License allows the Licensee to share an unlimited number of devices per System upon which the Software is installed. Any number of users may connect to any such USB device remotely. Only one User may connect to a shared remote USB device at any one time.
- With this License, the Software will be licensed to the Licensee’s company name.
